Welcome! I'm Shannon, and this is my blog.  I'm a 30 something year old teacher who is lucky enough to have a flair for all things creative.  I believe that there is no reason to settle for anything that doesn't completely wow you, which is why I love to DIY things to my liking... and occasionally style my food before I eat it!  I started this blog because I want to inspire others to express themselves creatively.  There is something that I love so much about a person figuring out what they want and going for it, even if that only means spray painting something in a different color or asking for your home fries well done.

So, why ellipsis required? To me, an ellipsis is a moment's pause before a continuation of a thought, or in my case, an action.  This represents my life.  I am continuously working on different things, whether is be teaching, crafting, cooking, makeup/nails, my house, etc. and although I may not be working on everything all at once, my work with each aspect is never fully done.  My life is a work in progress, and I love it.
